Mr. Nasser Al Qahtani holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Military Science. He currently occupies several leadership positions, most notably serving as Chairman of the Board for a number of subsidiaries under the Al Wefaq Group, operating in various sectors including transportation, technology, commerce, training, and software. He previously held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Al Wefaq Transportation Solutions Company.
Mr. Basheer Al Qahtani holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and currently serves as Vice Chairman of the Board for several subsidiaries under the Al Wefaq Group. He is also a member of the boards of companies operating in the fields of technology, food, and training. Previously, he held the position of Deputy Chief Executive Officer at Al Wefaq Transportation Solutions Company.
Mr. Ibrahim Almajdouie holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing. He currently serves as Vice Chairman of the Board at Majd Development and Investment Company. He has extensive experience in investment, real estate development, and marketing, having previously held several key positions, including Chief Executive Officer of Majd Development and Investment Company and General Manager of Majd Real Estate Development Company.
Mr. Mahmood Alkooheji holds a Master of Science degree in Finance and a Bachelor’s degree in International Business Administration. He currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of Majd Investment Company and is a board member in several companies and investment funds, including RMK Holding Group, Asaad Manpower Company, Life Park, and the Arbah Direct Finance Funds. He previously held executive positions in financial and investment firms such as Arbah Capital, GFH Financial Group, Tadhamon Capital, and Arcapita Bank.
Mr. Ali Al-Aboudi holds a Master’s degree in International Law and Financial Markets, a Professional Master’s/High Diploma in Legal Studies (Law), and a Bachelor’s degree in Sharia. He currently serves as a lawyer and Managing Director at Ahmed Al-Khalifi and Al-Aboudi Law Firm and Legal Consultants. Previously, he held several positions in the fields of law, governance, and consulting, including roles at Al Rajhi Bank, as a consultant at the Citizens Advice Bureau in the United Kingdom, and as a board member and Executive Director of the Islamic Borders Association in Scotland.
Mr. Mohammed Albarrak holds a Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering from King Fahd University. He has extensive executive experience in leading digital and technological transformation. He currently serves as Chief Technology Officer at Jahez Group, where he led the implementation of the technological infrastructure for the company’s public listing on the financial market. He possesses broad expertise in building technical teams, developing digital strategies, and implementing data and artificial intelligence solutions.
Mr. Ayth Almubarak holds a Ph.D. in Accounting and Finance, a Diploma in Research Methods in Management and Business, and a Master’s degree in Management Sciences (Accounting). He has extensive executive experience in strategy, finance, governance, and risk management. Dr. Almubarak has worked with and led teams, projects, and organizations to successfully achieve their objectives. He has also contributed to creating value for organizations through his roles as an executive, consultant, and board member.
Mr. Abdulmohsen Alfadley holds a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance and a Bachelor’s degree in Financial Management. He currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of Yelo Holding. He has extensive experience as a General Manager in Business Development and Value Creation within the telecommunications sector. Mr. Alfadley also possesses diverse expertise in investment and financial analysis, gained through his previous roles at organizations such as the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties, NCB Capital, and Samba Bank.
Nashat is a seasoned business executive with over 23 years of experience in finance leadership and strategic growth initiatives across diverse industries including financial services, real estate, healthcare, contracting, maritime, automotive, and hospitality.
Holding an Executive MBA from London Business School and professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, and CMA, Nashat specializes in business strategy, valuations, mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, fundraising, corporate transformation, and portfolio management.
Additionally, Nashat is an international author of “Art of Decision Making,” sharing insights on mastering decision-making for impactful careers.
Mr. Ala’aldin Alzu’bi, Group Chief Technology Officer of Yelo Holding, leads the group-wide technology strategy and AI-driven digital transformation across Yelo and its sister companies. With over 18 years of experience in enterprise technology leadership and large-scale platform modernization, he has delivered mega projects across the GCC and enabled the successful launch of multiple telecom operators through advanced BSS/OSS solutions and mission-critical AI ecosystems. Known for his people-centric leadership style, he builds high-performing teams and drives a culture of delivery excellence and innovation. Before joining Yelo Holding, he served as Head of Digital Innovation at LeadingPoint, guiding a 70+ member organization to major digital achievements across the region. Mr. Alzu’bi holds both a Master’s and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Yarmouk University.
Ms. Hanaa Alenazi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and is a Certified Governance Specialist and a Certified Board Secretary. She currently serves as Board Secretary at Al Wefaq Saudi Holding Company and the National Transportation Company. Previously, she worked as an Internal Audit Supervisor at Al Wefaq Transportation Solutions Company.
Mr. Hamad AlHumaied has over 20 years of professional experience in Saudi Arabia and the United Kingdom. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources. in addition to numerous professional certificates in Business Management, Human Resources, Leadership, and Organizational Development. He is currently the Chief Executive Officer at AlWefaq Transportation Solutions Company.
Mr. Marwan Oklah brings over 20 years of leadership experience in marketing, operations, and business transformation. In his roles at Yelo as General Manager and Chief Marketing Officer, he played a key role in the company’s transformation, digital expansion, and emergence as a regional leader in mobility solutions.

Awards and significantly enhancing market perception.

Mr. Omar Makram brings over 15 years of leadership experience in the automotive and mobility sectors. As General Manager of Innvotechs Technology Company, he oversees the growth and innovation of Weem, Comfy, and iFix platforms. Previously, he served as Executive Vice President of Corporate and Government Leasing at YELO, where he led strategic expansions and digital transformation initiatives. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and is known for his strategic mindset and people-centered leadership.
Hani AlHamadneh is the Chief Executive Officer of QOAD, overseeing the company’s strategic direction and growth in SaaS and mobility technologies. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in IT Networking and Information Systems and brings over 20 years of experience in IT leadership, CTO roles, and executive technology management. His expertise in SaaS, mobility solutions, and operations supports QOAD’s position as a leading technology provider in the region.
